Good Bye April🌷😊👋🏽

It’s May 1st and just looking over my calendar,  looks like I got a lot planned. Ok maybe a lot planned, but wondering if I will be able to get anything done. April wasn’t a very good month, so I’m praying May is a little better. I’m going to slam myself into projects and keep my mind off of my problems. I’m planning my sons baby shower, super excited about that and can’t wait to see my gbaby’s sweet face. So I will make some things for the shower, that she will be able to have forever. I’m pretty creative when I want to be! Just praying things go smooth and my crazy brain lets me be. Hoping you all have a bless Month, week and day..chat soon!!!

https://theestablishment.co/if-youre-suicidal-staying-alive-is-the-most-selfless-thing-you-can-do-a3b30d59505a

Such a great read, about the other side of being suicidal! On Thursday the thoughts of suicide was on my mind heavy, all I could think about was my son and how selfish it would be to leave him. But on the other hand, I’m fighting a selfless battle everyday! I struggle and try my best not to have those thoughts or not to act on them! I should get credit for at least trying……

Mental Health Awareness Month!

Good morning, it’s May and the start of Mental Health Awareness Month. I will be flooding my FB, Instagram, Twitter and WP with useful information for those who still don’t believe Mental Health is an illness. After suffering and being diagnosed, I wouldn’t wish the fight I have with my brain on anybody. This disease can be hard to deal with, some recover and some don’t. Although I’m trying my best to heal, some days have been hard. As I continue on my path to healing, I intend to make my voice heard and if I only get one person to open up that’s enough for me. There’s nothing to be ashamed of and I will no longer be afraid to share my story. So let’s talk….
